Hey everyone, I wanted to check in with you all since It’s been over a month since my last blog entry. I am still using both the Acai Berry formula and the Colon Cleanse. I didn’t have to do a lot of exercise, but I did some general exercise just to keep by body active. I exercised about half an hour 3 times a week, which is not a lot compared to the amount of weight i lost :)
